Linda is an energy medicine practitioner, Qigong teacher, and transformational guide with over 20 years of experience supporting women through stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Her work is deeply informed by Chinese healing traditions, including Qigong, meridian-based energy awareness, breath work, and somatic presence. Over the years, Linda has guided women back into their bodies — helping them reconnect with calm, clarity, and inner resilience.
Rather than focusing on performance or pushing through discomfort, Linda’s approach emphasizes safety, stillness, and nervous system regulation. Each session is intuitive, grounded, and adapted to the unique needs of the woman she is supporting.
