Zhineng Qigong

What Is Zhineng Qigong?


Zhineng Qigong (智–能 Qìgōng), developed by Dr. Pang Ming in the late 1970s and early 1980s, is a harmonious blend of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, philosophy, and multiple Qigong lineages—including Daoist, Buddhist, Confucian, and martial arts traditions 


  • “Zhi” signifies wisdom or conscious awareness, and “Neng” denotes ability or capability. The practice is aimed at awakening human potential—intellectually, physically, emotionally, and spiritually


  • It beckons us into alignment with universal energy, or Hunyuan Qi, nurturing a seamless exchange between our internal Qi and the cosmos
